Early Out/Long Leave Information
Friday, Sept. 3, will be our first early out Friday and long leave weekend. The schedule
for the day is as follows:
Students may wear spirit civvies today. Parents, you are welcome to attend the pep
rally in the gym!

Equestrian Program Begins!!!
Sept. 7-9: All students who have turned in their registration paperwork will begin their
introductory lessons. Students will be picked up at 4:20 in front of the Rec. Sessions will
be from 4:30 to 5:30.
Mounted Color Guard
Introductory lessons are scheduled Tuesday 9/7 and Thursday 9/9. Students will be picked up
in front of the Rec at 4:20 p.m. All students who have turned in their application paperwork
by Sept. 10 will meet after school at 4:30. (Students will be picked up in front of the Rec
at 4:20 p.m.)

Parents: Access Your Student's Grades Online
Parents may go online to access their student's grades through Gradespeed, our online
gradebook. To receive your personal log-in name and password, please email Jennifer
Jannett in the school office
(JannettJ@smba.org).
You must send her your name, email address, and your student's name (or names if you
have more than one student attending). Once you have a log-in and password, you can go
to the link below to access the gradebook.
Parents: Daily Homework Assignments Can Be Sent to You Via Email
By request, parents may receive a daily email that lists all of their student's homework
assignments. Please send your name and email, along with your student's name (or names if
you have more than one student attending) to Margaret Quintanilla in the school office
(QuintanillaM@smba.org) .
